Well, not really, and I'm not that fluent in French, so I'll refrain from using it in the post.
Anyways, So KF's first Kara raid is happening on Sunday at 11:00am my time and my shift starts at 9:00am and goes 'til 5:00pm. I'm entirely NOT psyched about that.... I wanted to be part of our first Kara run soooooo BADLY. And chances are that because I'm not there the [Beastmaw Pauldrons] I want will drop, along with the [Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle] I want...(actually, that's fairly unlikely as they'd both have to drop off of the same boss, so at most I'd miss out on one of them.) Well, I still haven't gotten keyed for Kara, so I guess that's still gotta happen before I can even go into Kara. The good news is that KF seems to be complying with my request to be the least well geared Hunter from the guild to go into Kara, and they probably think it's a funny thing to do. The real reason I'm doing it is to prove to everyone who thinks that you need to be in full epics before Kara that it's unnecessary and you were probably wasting your time in doing so. Kara is meant to be the first major raid at level 70 and as such was designed so that you didn't need to be fully geared to get it done, but more so that you could acquire the gear needed to advance to the next progression in raiding. Personally I know I can handle myself in there with the gear I've got, cause it's not all about the gear. A good hunter that knows how to play his class and what's expected of him is welcomed far more readily then a super well geared hunter that doesn't know his gun from his spear and constantly breaks his own traps. From what I've heard from feedback from KF and it's members, I'm part of the former grouping. That only boosts my ego, and gets kind of annoying to the guild, but hey, they're the ones who say I'm good, it's their fault.
Back to the topic, which was Me+No Kara=slightly depressed.....I just want to get that across, so I'm gonna say it again in a different manner.
Awww....I don't get to go to Kara on KF's first run...I are depressed....no phat loot for me this weekend...

On an entirely different note: My rogue's armor just got effing twinked, but not literally. I he's just getting a major upgrade in a few levels. He's also gonna look hella sweet, but that seems to come naturally when being a rogue, what with their natural ninja/assassin-esque way of fighting and appeal. Yup, all he needs now is some niffty trinkets and possibly a weapon upgrade, but that'll come in due time.
Well, that's it for now, I've rambled long enough.
Good Hunting,
Tox
