Storytime?

Ishnu-alah,

It's been a while, hasn't it?

I wish I had some witty opening hook like shan'do Vantox, but alas, my talents appear to lie elsewhere. Such as in the area of getting suspiciously close to treasure chests. Oh, I think this means it's story time.

Once upon a time, there was a ragtag trio of adventurers running about Stranglethorn Vale.
Gleinath, the honorable and chivalrous (if disaster-prone) human paladin, Zuwardo, the sneaky and only slightly diabolical human shadow priest (with a deep and sincere loathing for dwarves) and Aestara, me, the adorable one. We're kicking dinosaur butt, taking names, and generally having a good time.

(Note the massive pile of lashtail raptor corpses as Gleinath and I dance in joy)

Until...

I wander away from the group, into an area just north of Booty Bay and straight into, you know it, the Gurubashi Arena. My first thought? Party time. I mean, why else would everyone be standing around at the entrance? This place is huge, but jumping around up in th stands gets boring quick, so, against better judgment, I check out the arena floor itself. Bad call. Two high level rogues had been stealthed and waiting for someone to jump in, and a 70 huntard (ahem, hunter) on the stairs was thrilled to pieces.

So, I'm dead, still looking adorable but slightly miffed. When along comes Zuwardo. And some pirate captain dude starts yelling and everyone goes nuts. It is Zuwardo's great idea, I'd like to point out, so he is to blame for what happens next. I retrive my body, we both strip down, book it into the middle of the arena and start dancing.

Remarkably enough, no one touches us. I can only imagine what they're thinking- it's even funnier when the chest drops almost directly on top of us and the battle commences. And we dance. And dance.

We lasted out 12 minutes there, until there was one rogue standing and we just happened to be within poison range.
Gleinath finds us later, and we both get a lecture about wandering off into deadly PVP zones and committing acts of public indecency. Do I regret it? Not in the least.
