Many, many congrats to ya, Mr Tox!

Well, I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr Tox on his promotion. I, as well as all the other officers think its been long overdue. Sad that he decided to log out just as the GM was hitting the promotion button while Dram was on! I wanted to do it while he was on but alas, the GM is not the patient type. Sooo, hopefully, his congrats will come from the memebers when he logs in since it is written on the MotD.
