What I like about being a Rogue.

Ya, it's a few days later then I thought it'd be, but whatever. Here goes.

Stealth - Who doesn't like showing up out of nowhere and maiming stuff? I know I sure do. Hell, I love it. It's part of my excuse for going and playing on him. When I feel that I need to escape I say, "Well, I feel like being sneaky and stabby" or, "Time for some hide-hide stabby-stabby." I'm making it a point of being incredibly sneaky, none of my guildies even know his name. Plus you can just hide in broad daylight, which is incredibly useful when going AFK.

Poisons - Think that you're doing really good damage with your weapons alone? Well then you've never experienced Instant Poison. It increases your damage output so significantly that you'll think to yourself "Wow, these guys are dying WAY easier then they were before." Plus there are a ton of different options for your poison. You can cripple enemies, slow casting time, do damage over time, decrease healing effects done to enemies and a few other things I think. No matter what they're useful.

Appearance - Rogues are the ninjas/assassins of the World of Warcraft, and as such they look awesome. Dark, shady, leather ensemble, how much cooler can you get? Answer: Depends on your weapons. The high end rogue weapons also happen to look remarkably deadly and wicked, but I'm not a big fan of the maces that can be used. So in my opinion, Sword and Dagger rogues look way cooler than Mace rogues, but that's got nothing to do with their usefulness. The only reason I don't think I'll ever be a mace rogue is because I'm not one for PvP and maces are much more of a PvP weapon.

Stat focus - Agility and Stamina, stats of champions....or Hunters...which makes me kinda bias towards them, and also makes it easier to know what I'm looking for in gear. Plus Agility is incredibly universal providing Armor, Attack Power, Critical strike chance, and basically just pure awesomeness. Stamina is universal, but still very important what with the "prevents me from dying" aspect of health.

That's enough of that, plus I remembered something I love about being a Hunter, which will be listed below.

DRAGON HUNTING! - I am well known in KF as being a hunter of dragons, or Dragon Hunter. It'll be in the guild note on me after I get keyed for Kara, and has been since I was in my early 40s. I often go hunt dragons just for sport, and routinely go searching for new and stronger dragons to kill. Frankly, I want to do the Blackwing Lair, as I consider it to be the ultimate in Dragon Hunting grounds. Hell, I even want to get an outfit that looks like it was made for hunting dragons. That's probably never gonna happen, but it'd be sweet...note to self: Convince guild to attempt Blackwing Lair, if only for the [Dragonstalker's Spaulders] That drop off of a dragon in there. Man, I think I'd love that place..../drool... Anyways, Ya, I love hunting dragons and am fairly renowned for my skills at it. Now the only thing left is to get me a nether drake and get those spaulders.

Well, that's it for this post.

Definitely watching a movie right now.

And therefore: I'm just gonna ramble, and hope it has something to do with Hunterdom/ Rougehood.

So I'm wandering around Darnassus, randomly appearing behind low level priests attempting to frighten them as I have a habit of doing when disguised as a night elf rogue. I dunno, it's just something I do, get a laugh and potential lashing, but they can't do anything cause I just go and hide in the shadows again. Anyways, there I was stalking this level 12 priestess who's name escapes me presently, and it was all going over rather smoothly with the following and staying in the shadows preparing to startle her, when I notice her walking towards the edge of the world/Teldrassil in a VERY straight line. I mean, it was like she was totally B-lining it straight to death. Naturally I try to stop her and yell at her and whisper her as fast as I can possibly get it off, hell, I even de-stealthed and sprinted at her, but nothing worked. You know what that means right? Yessir, one very dead priestess and nothing I can do about it. So I mourn the death and plant flowers to honor her, followed by a quick jaunt to the high priestess to inform her that one of her students is dead. It was a sad day for the priesthood knowing that they lost one of their up and coming pupils in a world lacking in messengers of the light.

And now comes the time when I leave to stalk another priest, and hopefully prevent his or her death.

Warning!

If you happen to search for me on the WoW armory page, there will be another 'Vantox.' That bastard stole my name, though I haven't yelled at him yet. I was the first Vantox, and according to the lack of activity on the other one, the only Vantox to hit level 70. I'm sticking with that claim. I will not allow you to steal my name, and if I find that more "Vantox" are showing up in the WoW armory, you will be yelled at via me rolling a toon on your server and chewing your ankles/just totally yelling at you via whispers. Thank You for your time.

Good Hunting,
Tox
